If you asked Addy what she wanted for her birthday she said she wanted a Rapunzel tower cake and a party with her friends so that's what she got. I am a horrible Mom and didn't get many pictures of Addy's little Rapunzel birthday party. Addyson said "Mom this is the best birthday I've ever had" being that she turned 3 I hope she has many more great ones to come.
I love watching all the cake shows on TV so I decided that I wanted to attempt one. Jeff was my carpenter and together we created a pretty great cake maybe we should enter a competition. It was a lot of fun. Happy Birthday Princess Addyson we love you.
We asked Addy after everyone left what she wished for when she blew her candles out and she named off all the presents people brought. Nice work everyone for choosing your gifts and thank you for coming and making it a great day for our little girl.

A party for a Princess
The BIG 30
I always remember when I was little thinking how old people who were 30 seemed. I changed my mind. We are young! Jeff turned 30 on Easter Sunday and I believe the Easter festivities trumped his lime light so we didn't get any pictures of him opening presents at our house. We did celebrate Jeff and Addy's birthdays at Grammys house so we got some pictures there. The older we get the more we want to forget our birthdays but I think it was a pretty good day.
Easter 2011
I've been on a Martha Stewart kick lately so I decided I'd make the girls Easter baskets. I saw these on a website and decided to recreate them they turned out great.
Addy will hate this picture later in life she had a huge mouth full of candy.
We had a lot to celebrate this Easter. It was Macys first Easter and she loved making messes, eating candy and watching Addy run around looking for eggs.

5 Months...
I can't believe my baby is already 5 months old. I'm such a slacker after 5 months I'm finally getting around to posting pictures of her. Although Macy had a rough start in life she is thriving now and we are loving every minute of our sweet little girl. Macy is such a great baby I am so lucky.
Macy was born 3 weeks early because my blood pressure was really high, I was considered full term so we didn't think our baby girl would have any problems but we were wrong. Macy's little lungs weren't quite ready, she was born with premature lung disease and was admitted into the NICU for 5 days. It was a tough time and we were so excited for her to come home she was released on oxygen and we had to keep her on oxygen for an additional 3 weeks at home. Macy is so healthy and growing right on track.
You can't see them but we got Macy's ears pierced she looks so grown up now.
Macy's first cereal, she loved it!

This is just a little peek of the newest member of our family. Macy Rae Bullough born August 21. 7 lbs 4 oz 20 inches long. The last few months have been crazy between vacations, a wedding, having babies and moving I haven't had a chance to blog but our life is settling in now so I'll try to catch up. I've had many requests to see pictures of Macy so here are some recent photos.

I can't believe my baby is 2....
Wow how 2 years zipped on by. We had told Addy a few days before that we were going to the zoo for her birthday so when the day came and it was snowing and raining we were bummed. But rain or shine that didn't stop us Addy was so excited so we bundled up and braved the weather. Nana, Gramps, Ashley and Baby Violet joined us.
After the zoo we had a pizza party, presents and cake at Nana and Gramps house. I was up till 3 AM making Addy's birthday cake. Don't be fooled it may look like a cow but it is in fact a Giraffe. Jeff was the best husband ever and stayed up to help me because by 3 AM I was almost crying. It turned out pretty cute and Addy loved it.
The day after we had another party and I made Addy a brownie pizza and Jeff a cheesecake. We had a great weekend celebrating.
