Sneak Peek

This is just a little peek of the newest member of our family. Macy Rae Bullough born August 21. 7 lbs 4 oz 20 inches long. The last few months have been crazy between vacations, a wedding, having babies and moving I haven't had a chance to blog but our life is settling in now so I'll try to catch up. I've had many requests to see pictures of Macy so here are some recent photos.

I can't believe my baby is 2....

Wow how 2 years zipped on by. We had told Addy a few days before that we were going to the zoo for her birthday so when the day came and it was snowing and raining we were bummed. But rain or shine that didn't stop us Addy was so excited so we bundled up and braved the weather. Nana, Gramps, Ashley and Baby Violet joined us.

After the zoo we had a pizza party, presents and cake at Nana and Gramps house. I was up till 3 AM making Addy's birthday cake. Don't be fooled it may look like a cow but it is in fact a Giraffe. Jeff was the best husband ever and stayed up to help me because by 3 AM I was almost crying. It turned out pretty cute and Addy loved it.

The day after we had another party and I made Addy a brownie pizza and Jeff a cheesecake. We had a great weekend celebrating.

Baby Animal Days 2010

Baby animal days was fun Addyson still asks me everyday if we can go see the animals again. We didn't get great pictures of all the animals Addy got to hold and pet because there were a billion people there but she loved it and since she was a good girl she got a sucker that topped the day off to a complete success.

Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny came but Addy didn't even notice any of it because Gramps was holding cute baby Violet and that caught Addy's attention. When she did finally notice her basket she was thrilled her and Owen were so caught up with all the toys they got that it took them a while to find all the eggs.

An egg broke open and Addyson took full advantage of that.

We dressed Addy and Owen in the Easter clothes to go to Grammys for Easter lunch. They were the cutest kids. Violet also dressed up and look so adorable but I didn't get a picture.

Egg Dying at Grammys

With some assistance we let Addy color her own eggs this year she did a great job and loved making messes.

A winter egg hunt

A day before Easter we woke up to a winter wonderland but that didn't stop any die hard egg hunters. Owen was upset because they were making us wait for other kids to arrive my thought is...you snooze you lose not a good idea to make 2-4 year olds wait when eggs are starring you in the face.

Friends

A while back I was shoveling snow and Addy was helping me until she found a friend on the front porch. I couldn't find her and when I went looking this is what I spotted.

Color the couch

Jeff brought home some baby chicks for Addy and she has loved them. We had no idea that chicks could poop so darn much. Jeff was cleaning the chicks home outside and sent Addy in the house because it was chilly and she got in big trouble.

CLEAN THE SINK

Jeff, Mitch and Bryson decided it would be a fun idea to clean the sink at Angie's Restaurant. If you clean and feel worthy they give you a bumper sticker. Jeff had been throwing up all week so I didn't think it was a good idea but he braved it anyway. He cleaned a sink before we got married so he knew it was possible. However when we got there and the boys started the attempt it soon became harder than it looked. They all gave their best effort and Bryson started dumping salt in to melt his ice cream so he could suck it through a straw. In the end they all got bumper stickers and a sick stomach.

Heidi, Addyson and I were there for moral support we ordered ice cream as well. I ordered the hot fudge brownie sundae to share with Addyson and it was GIANT. When our waitress brought the sundae out she put it in front of Addy. Addy's eyes lit up and she looked at me and said "Thanks" then grabbed a spoon and started digging in.

Dinosaurs...OH MY

The Dinosaur Museum was great. Addy was brave toward the beginning but towards the end she got a little scared. It didn't help that she was tired. We had a blast, Nana and Gramps let the kids pick a souvenir to remember the trip. Addy got a dinosaur puzzle and she loves it. Thanks Nana and Gramps for the fun trip.
